Godrej Properties Reserve is a high-performance enterprise landing platform built for one of India's most trusted real estate brands. The platform serves as the primary digital touchpoint for the Godrej Reserve project, designed to convert visitor interest into qualified leads through a seamless, persuasive user journey across all device types.
Every aspect of the platform — from page load performance to form interaction design — was optimized to maximize lead capture quality and minimize drop-off rates across the conversion funnel.
Real estate landing pages often suffer from slow load times, poor mobile experience, and disconnected lead management workflows. For a premium brand like Godrej Properties, every extra second of load time and every friction point in the inquiry flow directly impacts lead quality and conversion rates.
The challenge was to build an enterprise-grade platform that reflects Godrej's premium positioning, loads quickly on all devices and networks, and integrates seamlessly with the client's existing CRM and scheduling infrastructure.
Built with Next.js for server-side rendering, ensuring all pages are fully crawlable by search engines and load quickly for users regardless of device or network speed. Tailwind CSS powers the responsive layout with custom brand-compliant color tokens and spacing scales. The backend scheduling and lead management APIs are built with Node.js, integrating with the client's existing CRM infrastructure to maintain a seamless lead flow from first click to site visit.
